About Daniel

I'm an Applied AI Engineer with 5+ years building production AI systems in regulated industries. Most recently, I led development of Aviva's first customer-facing AI agent, establishing the technical direction and evaluation infrastructure for a team of data scientists.

Before that, I co-founded Ockana - an AI startup focused on technical knowledge retrieval - and worked as a data scientist at Octopus Energy and Rolls-Royce, where I built systems that delivered measurable business impact.
